Rush Township police have filed charges against Nathan Forker, 30, of Mahanoy City, following a shoplifting incident at the Hometown Commons Walmart.

Forker allegedly stole merchandise valued at $24.97 from the retailer on Jan. 31.He was charged with retail theft.
