A Schuylkill County driver was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, along Township Route 389 in Pine Grove Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Carter D. Knouse, 53, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer northbound he left the right lane of travel and entered the oncoming lane. The Blazer then went onto the berm and along an embankment before overturning onto the passenger side. The Blazer came to rest lying on its passenger side facing northwest in the southbound lane.Knouse was taken by Pine Grove ambulance to the Hershey Medical Center for treatment of injuries, troopers said.
