State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft and act of criminal mischief. Troopers said the incident occurred in the lower parking lot behind Rockwood Center, in North Manheim Township.

Troopers said unknown criminals broke the windshield on a vehicle parked at that location and removed the vehicle identification inspection sticker from the vehicle. The vehicle is owned by PA Treatment and Healing, of Pottsville.The incident occurred sometime between 8:30 p.m. on Monday, March 10, and 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
