A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident at 8:45 p.m. March 12.

State police at Frackville said John Neary, 47, of Frackville, was stopped along Route 61 at Third St., in Frackville, for a traffic violation.He was found to be under the influence and was taken to a Pottsville hospital for a blood test. The test showed Neary over the legal limit of 0.08 percent alcohol in his blood.
