A traffic stop in Rush Township on March 9 resulted in charges being filed against Jason D'Andrea, 36, of Tamaqua.

D'Andrea was stopped at 10:30 a.m. on Pine Creek Drive. He faces charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
