A Northampton County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Monroe County.
State police at Lehighton said Tyler Richard Baines, 23, of Bangor, was stopped at 1:57 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, along Upper Green Hill Road at the intersection with Mountain View Drive in Polk Township.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.
