A Hazle Township man has been cited following a vehicle stop in McAdoo on March 20.

Angel Rivera, of 843 Winters Ave., was a passenger in a Jeep Cherokee that was stopped for a non working side taillight. Rivera had an odor of alcohol on his person and slurred speech. Initially, he denied drinking any alcohol, but later admitted to it after failing to complete a portable breath test.As he is under the age of 21, he was cited for underage drinking.
