Jason Sebelin, 30, of Jim Thorpe has been charged with three counts of driving under the influence and limitations on turning around.
Mahoning Township Police reported that at 1:25 a.m. Aug. 24, 2013, officers were conducting a DUI checkpoint on Route 209 when they observed a vehicle turn around in the middle of the roadway and a silver object was thrown from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Sebelin.A blood test was showed a BAC of 0.17 percent and the presence of marijuana.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 30.Passenger Daniel Faille was also charged by police.
