Anthony Hernandez, 27, of 128 W. Hazard St., Apt. 2, Summit Hill, has been cited by police in that community for disorderly conduct.

Chief of Police Joseph Fittos said the charges stem from an incident at 10:05 p.m. on March 15 when they received a complaint about a disturbance at the School House Apartments.He said Hernandez was inside the building allegedly causing a disturbance.The citation for the summary offense was filed with District Judge Casimir Kosciolek in Lansford.
