A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following a traffic stop that occurred at 6:28 p.m. Monday, March 31, along Interstate 81 in Frailey Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Kassandra L. Bain, 28, of Tremont, was stopped for a traffic violation. She was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson Street, Pottsville, for a blood test.The DUI charge is pending the test results, troopers said.
