A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on Wednesday.

State police at Frackville said they responded to 44 Walnut St., in Delano, at 3:22 p.m. for a reported incident of harassment. On scene troopers said they learned that Ronald Lewis Kennedy, 35, of Delano, punched James Arthur Steward, 32, also of Delano, in the right eye during an argument at Kennedy's home.Kennedy was cited for harassment for the incident. Troopers said he was also cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license.
