A Monroe County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief following an incident that occurred about 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8.

State police at Fern Ridge said Todd Frederick Matlock, 58, of Jackson Township, was charged with spray painting a wooden fence at 280 Alpha Drive, Jackson Township, which is the property of Angelo Troch, 56.Troopers said the act was in retaliation for a previous incident.
