A Carbon County driver was cited twice for driving under the influence.

State police at Fern Ridge said Derek Donald, 26, of Saylorsburg, was stopped about 2:15 a.m. on March 23 along Route 940, just west of Route 115, in Kidder Township, for traffic violations.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test which showed he was over the legal limit of 0.08 percent.Troopers noted it was his second DUI arrest within a four-hour period.
