No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 7:58 a.m. on April 9 along Greenhill Road, near Birch Drive, in Polk Township, Monroe County.

State police at Lehighton said Tomasz S. Kosciuczyk, 39, of Kunkletown, was driving a 1996 Freightliner truck northbound, followed by a 2002 Ford Taurus operated by Dylan M. Frantz, 20, of Effort.Troopers said Frantz didn't realize how slow Kosciuczyk was going and ran into the rear of the truck.Troopers said the Ford sustained major front end damage while the truck had minor damage.Troopers cited Frantz for following too closely.
