Northern Lehigh picked up a non-league softball victory over Jim Thorpe to highlight Tuesday's scholastic sports action.

The Raiders had the tying runs on base in the frame, but winning pitcher Arissa Deibert escaped the jam and then retired Tamaqua in the seventh to preserve the win.Jordan Nowacki had two hits for Tamaqua (9-9).
