A criminal trespass incident that happened between Nov. 1, 2013, and April 13 of this year in Weissport is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The incident happened on property located at the north end of White Street in the borough. The victim is Clarence Robert Getz, 58, of Lehighton.He told police someone came onto his property by crossing over his fence during the above time period. No items were reported missing.
