A criminal mischief incident that happened between 10 p.m. April 13 and 8 a.m. April 14 at 1180 Hickory Road, Palmerton, is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is Joanne Ricedorf of East Stroudsburg.Police said someone scratched the paint on the hood of the victim's vehicle while it was located at the above residence.
