A Monroe County man has been charged with harassment.

State police at Fern Ridge said Joseph P. Guinta, 39, of Saylorsburg, allegedly grabbed Steven Alan Trayes Jr., 36, of Effort, by his face and beard. The incident occurred about 6 p.m. on Monday in Saylorsburg, troopers said.
