A Monroe County resident has been charged with harassment.

State police at Lehighton said Matthew L. Frantz, 33, of 125 Butternut St., Kunkletown, was charged following an incident that occurred about 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, at 999 Molasses Valley Road, in Polk Township.Troopers allege that Frantz grabbed Jasmine Feliciano, 25, of Palmerton, by the neck and struck her in the face with his hand.
