A Slatington man is facing a charge of disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred on Monday at 7:09 p.m.

Upper Macungie police responded to 5316 Oak View Drive for a report of an assault. On scene officers were told by a 37-year-old male from Filmore, N.Y., that he and Thomas Eck, 57, were involved in an argument during which Eck allegedly pepper sprayed the victim in the face.
