Carbon County Trail Tenders of the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor will hold their first cleanup of 2011 along the D&L Trail north of Weissport from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. Volunteers are asked to meet at the Weissport Trailhead adjacent to Bridge Street at 8:45 a.m. The cleanup will be held at historic Lock 6 north of Weissport. Volunteers are reminded to bring their own water and snack, and pruning loppers if they have them. The D&L will supply other tools.
