Arsonists are believed to have started a spectacular fire which destroyed the Phillip Ginter School in Summit Hill early this morning. The school served as the junior high school for grades 7 through 9 and housed 495 junior high students and 25 kindergarten students. Panther Valley School Board members said the loss of the school probably will force the district to go on half day sessions to accommodate the students at the high school. Track uniforms burned, forcing the cancellation of the track season.
