The District 5 Diocesan Catholic Youth Organization recently hosted a public speaking contest at Our Lady of the Angels Academy, Lansford. Award recipients are, l-r; Michael Gaizick from McAdoo Catholic Elementary School, second play, boys; Henry Hinchey from St. John Neumann Regional School, Palmerton, first place boys; Cassandra Hoben from Our Lady of the Angels Academy, first place girls, and Faith Befano from McAdoo Catholic Elementary School, second place girls.
