Officers were elected at all four Jim Thorpe Fire Companies. The presidents are William Felker, Fairview; Charles Coll, Diligent; George Hull, Marion; and Ray Joseph, Phoenix. Delegates to the Four County Firemens Convention are Charles Reihman Jr., Fairview and James Mertz, Phoenix. The Marion Hose Company acknowledged a $50 donation from Charles E. McKinley of Los Angeles.
