In a listing of Schuylkill County Court News which appeared in the TIMES NEWS, it was reported that the West Penn Township Supervisors filed a petition to obtain a temporary easement to enter on the property of Mrs. Florence Arner, 160 Pine Hill Road.

The property is actually the estate of Robert A. Arner.
