With the impending announcement of a major snowstorm, the Palmerton Borough Police Department asks that residents adhere to the odd/even parking schedule between the hours of 7 and 8 p.m. this evening.

As of tonight, residents should park on the south side/even number of the street. In the event of significant snow, the schedule will be followed for a 24-hour period after the snow stops falling in order for the borough to plow the north side of the street.
