According to state police at Lehighton, on Oct. 15, 2010, Thomas Vincent Jendrezejewski, 56, of Gilbert, was contacted by an unknown person portraying himself as someone from a time-share company.

He deceived Jendrezejewski into believing that he was selling his time-share property. He was defrauded of $2,000, which is what he was told was needed for closing costs.
