A Monroe County driver was cited for driving under the influence following a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 12:26 a.m. on March 11 at Kuhenbeaker and Hypsie Gap roads, in Tunkhannock Township.

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported that Francis Kosloski of Gilbert, was arrested after they received blood test results which showed he had a 0.25 BAC.Kosloski was operating a Nissan which officers found off the road and into a tree with severe damages. Kosloski was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests.He was transported to the county DUI center for a blood test. Charges have been filed, police said.
