Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against Bryan Deagle, 28, of 4159 Friedens Road, Apt. 2C, Slatington, for possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.The incident occurred at 8:39 p.m. April 11 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Dogs runningat largeEdward Weiss, 58, of 240 Edgemont Ave., Palmerton, was cited for allowing his dogs to run at large and the number of dogs allowed. The violations occurred at 11:38 p.m. April 22 in the 200 block of Edgemont Avenue.Disorderly conductMichael Coulson, 48, of 139 Gravel Lane, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 2:23 p.m. April 28 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.SpeedingTyler Grohotolski, 24, of 690 Club Road, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 8 p.m. April 27 in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Raymond Taurino, 47, of 771 E. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, for speeding. The violation occurred at 5:32 a.m. May 1 on State Route 248 east.John Steskal, 45, of 716 First St., Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 10:05 p.m. April 27 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Patricia Marko, 23, of 1215 E. Marks St., Apt. 302, Allentown, for speeding. The violation occurred at 1:08 p.m. April 27 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Traffic violationPaul Tyahla, 27, of 645 Hahns Dairy Road, Palmerton, was cited for an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property. The violation occurred at 11:20 p.m. April 25 in the 400 block of Lehigh Avenue.
