A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 3:41 p.m. on Monday, May 5, in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to the residence of William Kevin Dunnigan Jr., 34, of 911 Fairveiw Circle, Gilbert, for a report of a harassment incident.On scene troopers learned that Rodger McConnell, 44, of Gilbert, arrived at the residence seeking monies he said Dunnigan owed him. A verbal argument ensued during which McConnell allegedly pushed and struck Dunnigan.McConnell was cited for harassment and escorted off the property, troopers said.
