State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the theft of money from a Schuylkill County nursing home.

Troopers said about $460 was taken from two residents and an employee at the Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill nursing home, located at 160 Red Horse Road in North Manheim Township. The theft occurred sometime between May 1 and 3.The money was located in the residents' rooms and in the employee's purse while she was working. The victims were identified by troopers as three females, ages 88, 86 and 26.The investigation into the thefts is continuing.
