Rush Township police have charged Andrew Diamond, 34, of Coaldale, with retail theft.

The charge was filed after a shoplifting incident at the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart on Sunday, May 4.Diamond is charged with stealing merchandise valued at $553.84.
