A Lehigh County man is facing charges in Carbon County, according to state police at Lehighton.

Troopers said Jerrell C. Files, 27, of Allentown, was visibly intoxicated and caused a disturbance during a traffic stop. While being arrested he became disorderly and continued to be disorderly while in custody.He was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and placed in the county prison in Nesquehoning.The incident occurred about 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, at the state police barracks in Towamensing Township.
