A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident at 5:46 p.m. on May 4 along Wintergreen Trail at North Shore Drive in Penn Forest Township.

State police said Thomas Darrow Nodzo, 47, of Albrightsville, was found slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle at that location. Troopers said he resisted arrest.He is facing a charge of DUI of alcohol and a controlled substance and also resisting arrest.
