Kristopher K. Lane, 22, of Nesquehoning, is facing charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property after he allegedly stole $1,208.12 worth of DVDs from the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart earlier this month.

Kane was able to leave the store with the merchandise but was later identified.
