Rush Township police have cited Edward I. Clark, 26, of Leesburg, Florida, after receiving the results of blood tests taken on April 26.

On that date, at 11:53 p.m., Clark was found in a vehicle in the parking lot at Basile's Restaurant, slumped over the steering wheel with the engine running.Results of the blood test indicated a blood-alcohol content of 0.231 percent, almost three times the legal limit.He will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol as well as other charges.
