A Monroe County woman is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 2:22 a.m. Tuesday.

Pocono Mountain Regional police responded to 39 Sterling Road, in Mount Pocono, when a homeowner called 911 after an unidentified female forced her way into the home and began yelling at the family to get out of the house. The caller was able to subdue the woman until officers arrived.On scene police identified the suspect as Candace Rosenberg, 42, of Tobyhanna. Police said Rosenberg was unconscious when they arrived but came to shortly thereafter. Rosenberg was highly intoxicated and believed that she was at her home.She was placed under arrest and transported to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for treatment of injuries. She was charged with felony criminal trespass and public drunkenness.
