The Palmerton Police Department is investigating the following incidents:

SpeedingTroy Strohl, 36, of 425 Boyer Farm Road, Palmerton, was cited for speeding and required financial responsibility. The violations occurred at 4:40 p.m. May 16 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Bethanne Whiting, 41, of 932 Edgemont Ave., Palmerton, for speeding. The violation occurred at 5:20 p.m. May 16 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Kathleen Kattner, 43, of 901 Princeton Ave., Apt. 207, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 1:15 p.m. May 20 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Citations were issued to Matthew DeLong, 31, of 2 W Railroad St., Nesquehoning, for speeding and driving under suspension. The violations occurred at 6:15 p.m. May 18 on Route 248 west.Traffic violationA citation was issued to Christian Fessler, 18, of 304 St. John St., Apt. A, Schuylkill Haven, for failure to obey a traffic device. The violation occurred at 4:20 p.m. on May 21 at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.Disorderly conductCitations for disorderly conduct were filed against a 17-year-old Allentown female, a 14-year-old Bethlehem male, a 17-year-old Albrightsville female, and a 14-year-old Albrightsville female. The violations occurred at 10:04 a.m. on May 14 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Vehicle violationSusan Bollinger, 46, of 1855 Little Gap Road, Palmerton, was cited for restraint systems. The violation occurred at 2 p.m. on May 21 in the 400 block of Alley F.A citation was filed against Ritchie Rosa, 33, of 2418 S Fourth St., Allentown, for expired inspection. The violation occurred at 11:20 a.m. on March 21 in the 600 block of W. Princeton Avenue.Spencer Zink, 23, of 950 Delaware Ave., Apt. 3, Palmerton, was cited for general lighting requirements, expired registration, restraint systems, expired/no state inspection, periods for required lighting lamps, safety glass, required financial responsibility, obedience to traffic control device, unauthorized transfer of registration, and driving under suspension. The violations occurred at 8:40 p.m. on May 13 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.
