A Nesquehoning resident has been charged with several motor vehicle code violations following an incident that was reported on May 26.

Officer Timothy Wuttke received multiple complaints of an all-terrain vehicle operating around the New Columbus area, speeding and going through stop signs.Wuttke responded to the area and made a stop of Kristina Horn, 124 E. Columbus Ave., driving an ATV. The ATV was towed from the scene.Wuttke charged Horn with drivers required to be licensed, no insurance, operation of an ATV on streets and highways, and failure to stop at posted stop signs.
