A Monroe County man is facing multiple charges following incidents at a Carbon County business.

State police at Lehighton said Nicholas Buckingham, 22, of Tunkhannock, was charged for incidents at Penn's Peak, at 325 Maury Road in Penn Forest Township. The incidents occurred at 9:30 p.m. on Friday.Troopers said Buckingham was repeatedly escorted off the business property by security but kept attempting to re-enter. He was then detained by security until troopers arrived.While being detained Buckingham allegedly made repeated threats on the lives of the security personnel. While being arrested troopers found a small amount of marijuana on his person.Troopers said Buckingham was charged with terroristic threats, criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
