State police at Fern Ridge reported on two harassment incidents in which charges were filed.

Troopers said Damon Singer, 29, of Mount Bethel, Northampton County, was charged following an incident reported on Saturday, May 30, at 8:20 p.m. at 2403 Leisure Lane in Jackson Township, Monroe County.Troopers said a 17-year-old female from Stroudsburg alleged that Singer grabbed her by the leg which resulted in her falling to the ground. He was cited for harassment.In the second incident a 10-year-old boy from White Haven, reported that at 3:47 p.m. Monday he was walking in the area of 3601 State St., Lot 30, in East Side Boro, Carbon County, when he passed Adam Lawrence Lefeber, 41, also of White Haven, As the two passed Lefeber allegedly kicked the juvenile in the right leg. The juvenile ran home and told his parents.Lefeber was cited for harassment.
