A Monroe County man has been cited for theft of services.

State police at Fern Ridge said Vincent Chanona, of Albrightsville, was cited after he allegedly placed several bags of garbage in a dumpster belonging to Pleasant Valley Motors, in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township. The incident occurred about 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 13, troopers said.
