An altercation resulted in the two participants being cited.

State police at Lehighton said Justina M. Pettis, 24, of Saylorsburg, and Lukas W. Drake, 31, of Kunkletown, were involved in a physical altercation about 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 11 at 28 Chestnut Drive, in Eldred Township, Monroe County.Both will be cited for harassment, troopers said.
