A Monroe County driver is facing charges, including driving under the influence, following an incident in Tunkhannock Township.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said at 10:47 p.m. on Tuesday they found a vehicle blocking the eastbound lane of Long Pond Road.The driver, identified as Cara Foglio, 49, of Long Pond, said her vehicle had run out of gas. While speaking with Foglio officers said she showed signs of intoxication.She was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. A search was conducted before taking her into custody and a small amount of marijuana was found in her purse.Foglio was taken to the county DUI center for a blood test.She will be charged with DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said.
