A criminal mischief incident that was reported at 7:50 a.m. June 19 in Ross Township is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said the incident happened at 191 Ruby Court when someone damaged a mailbox owned by William Smith, 67, of Saylorsburg.
