Sean P. Holland, 22, of Weatherly has been arrested by borough police on charges of corruption of minors, indecent exposure, furnishing alcohol to a minor and open lewdness following an incident at 11:20 p.m. June 3.

He was arraigned before District Justice Joseph Homanko on June 16 and committed to the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Nesquehoning in lieu of $2,500 bail.Police said they were dispatched to a vehicle parked at 319 Fourth St. on the above date, at which time they found Holland drunk and naked with an underage girl who was also intoxicated.Police said Holland was also seen naked outside the vehicle. An open container of beer was found on the driver's side door and an empty 30-pack of beer was also found in the vehicle.Police said the girl later admitted to drinking beer that Holland had bought and Holland also admitted to supplying the girl with the alcohol, but told police he did not recall any more of that night.
