Rush Township police will be citing two people in unrelated incidents at the Hometown Commons Walmart.
Mandi Gossman, 33, of New Ringgold, will be charged with theft by deception, and receiving stolen property after she received a gift card in exchange for stolen merchandise. The gift card was valued at $38.18. The exchange took place on June 24.Allen P. Brown of Easton will be charged with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after he exchanged stolen merchandise for a gift card valued at $101.73 on June 25.
