The violation occurred at 6:40 p.m. June 24 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Shakima Campbell, of 4063 Forest Inn Road, and Dylan Tyahla, 30, of 661 Delaware Ave., both of Palmerton, for disorderly conduct.
