A Harrisburg man was charged with DUI after he was stopped for speeding on Route 209 in Mahoning Township.
On June 21 at 11:51 p.m. Mahoning Township Police stopped a vehicle for speeding on Route 209.-The driver of the vehicle, Russell Pearl of Harrisburg, was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and he failed field sobriety testing.Pearl refused a requested blood test, and has been charged with DUI, speeding and careless driving.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 23.
