A New Philadelphia man is facing charges after a traffic stop in Rush Township on May 23.

Marc A. Greenaway, 27, will be charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, as well as possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Blood tests taken after the stop came back positive for XLR-11, an ingredient in synthetic marijuana.Greenaway was stopped at 10:10 p.m. on Claremont Avenue.
